Hi! I'm Amy. I'm known for my floral and foiled designs that make planning a pretty and functional experience.
I started Simply Beautiful Plans in December 2015, as a digital printable shop for planner stickers. I fell in love with decorative planning during my maternity leave and wanted to share my designs with others. Not long after I launched, I began producing physical planner stickers and foiled planner stickers as well.
I'm always thinking about upcoming trends, unique foil combinations and art that personally makes me happy. I love seeing my customers be creative with their own planners. And whenever the opportunity has arisen to talk with my customers at meetups, I am always blown away by hearing how planning has helped them personally as well.
I love how loving an accepting the planner community is. I have made so many amazing planner friends throughout the world because of my business. It is truly a remarkable community and planner friends do make the best friends!
Every designer is unique. For me, I always start the creative process with an idea; something as simple as a colour palette that I see on a walk with my boys will inspire a kit. From there, I will either create or find art that complements my idea. The trickiest part, is finding a way to add foil to the art so in a way that adds, versus causing too much of a distraction. Once that is complete, I mass produce the kits prior to releasing them into the shop.
Beyond Simply Beautiful Plans, I am a busy, homeschooling mom of two boys. As a family we love to golf, camp and spend time outside. In my free time, I love to create my own art for my home.
